What is a warranty inspection?        When you buy a new stucco home from a builder they offer you a warrany for at least one year.  We are suggesting that you do two inspections on this new house.  Before you close on the home complete a visual inspection / blue tape visit to make sure all the windows, doors, penetrations and terminations are adequately sealed.  Our visual inspection also will cover inspection of installation guidelines to ensure that all flashing, roof terminations and patio areas are all done correctly.   When the warranty is almost up within the year we suggest that you do a moisture test inspection.  Moisture test inspections are always suggested within the year which allows this home time enough to dry out.  If moisture problems are discovered you can go back to the builder for modifications because the house is still under warranty.   If you have MOISTURE IN THE WALL GIVE US A CALL! ...
